Returns & Refunds Policy

At namechange.org.uk, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies differ depending on the type of product you've ordered, and all our services are bespoke to each customer. If you need to change the details you have provided, we'll make any reasonable updates for free, but there is a fee if you'd like the new documents posted after the original documents have been shipped.

Digital PDF

You may request a refund only if the digital document has not been downloaded. Once the download is initiated, no refund is available.

Printed & Posted

This product comprises two components: a digital PDF and the physical documents.

A full refund is available if requested before the physical documents are shipped. However, if the digital PDF has been downloaded, the refund will be the total purchase amount minus the cost of the digital PDF (£9.95).

No refunds will be issued once the documents have been shipped.

Printed & Posted Premium

Similar to the Printed & Posted service, this product consists of a digital PDF and physical documents.

A full refund is available if requested before the physical documents are shipped. However, if the digital PDF has been downloaded, the refund will be the total purchase amount minus the cost of the digital PDF (£9.95).

No refunds will be issued once the documents have been shipped.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Should you receive a damaged or faulty physical product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Rejection by UK Passport Office or DVLA

If your documents are rejected by the UK Passport Office or DVLA, and the issue is not due to the information you provided, we will offer a refund. Proof of rejection must be provided.

If a rejection is caused by incorrect information supplied during the online process, we cannot issue a refund. However, we can amend the document for free, though a fee will apply for reposting.

Witness Details

If you opted not to add witnesses during checkout, you are responsible for this aspect of the document. If a rejection occurs due to missing witness information, a refund will not be provided.
