If you have changed your mind or are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a 75% refund or exchange, only if the documents have not been filled out. Please note that this policy applies to physical products only. Digital downloadable content cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded, except in the case of a technical fault.
If you receive a physical product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage, as well as your order number and details of the problem.
If you are returning a physical product for a refund or exchange, it must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty or damaged.
Our physical product also includes a downloadable version. If the digital version has been downloaded, your refund will be reduced by the price of the digital product (£8.99).
For digital downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the content has been downloaded, unless there is a technical fault or is not accepted by UK Passport office or DVLA. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing the content, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If there is an issue or fault with the information you provided throughout our online process that has led to your Deed being rejected, then we're unable to offer a refund. But we can amend this for you for free and post at a fee.
We'll only offer refunds for documents that are not accepted by UK Passport office or DVLA, proof of this must be provided.
If you purchased our "expedited" service, you will not receive a refund for this.
If you chose not to add your witnesses at the point of checkout, you are responsible for this part of the document. If it is deemed that this part is the reason the document got rejected, you are not eligible for a refund.
