The website's function is purely as a document provider for the self-declaration of an unenrolled deed poll.

The Website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the Website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Shipping and Delivery
For customers ordering printed deed polls, we use Royal Mail Tracked48 as our standard shipping method. This service aims to deliver within two working days from the date of dispatch but is not guaranteed. If you select our Expedited option, your documents will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch but is not guaranteed.
Once your item has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail, and all Royal Mail delivery terms and conditions apply. If there are delays, missing items, damage or other delivery issues, we are required to follow Royal Mail's investigation and claims process before any resolution can be offered. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other third-party delivery provider.
Document Information Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details entered in the online form are accurate and complete. We rely solely on the information provided during your submission, and we are not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
We are, however, responsible for ensuring that any standard information not collected through the form is correct. If an error in this area occurs, please contact us so we can address and correct the issue.
Guarantee of Acceptance by UK Public Bodies
1. Our Guarantee
a. We guarantee, subject to clause 2 below, that a Deed Poll issued by us will be accepted as evidence of your change of name by HM Passport Office, the DVLA, and/or any other UK governmental agencies or public bodies.
b. If your Deed Poll is refused by any such body, and the refusal does not fall under any of the exceptions listed in clause 2, we will work with you to find a resolution or offer you a full refund.
2. Exceptions to Our Guarantee
Our Guarantee will not apply in the following circumstances:

Refunds
The Website provides digital downloadable content, as part of this we're only able to offer a refund if you you've not downloaded or viewed your digital content. The only exception is where there is a fault that is unable to be fixed through contacting our support.
